After a workout session, I rush home to make this smoothie for maximum recovery. It has a significant amount of protein for my macros goals, and its a very refreshing reward for going ham in the gym!

  1. Place all ingredients except the peanut butter into a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add the peanut butter into the blended ingredients and blend it in.
  4. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
