Toro's Protein Smoothie
Description
After a workout session, I rush home to make this smoothie for maximum recovery. It has a significant amount of protein for my macros goals, and its a very refreshing reward for going ham in the gym!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk (personal preference on fat content)
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate powder
- 1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup ice cubes
Steps
- Place all ingredients except the peanut butter into a blender.
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Add the peanut butter into the blended ingredients and blend it in.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
